This pub had been void for some time and had become victim to squatters and Fly tipping.
We were contacted with just 48 hours notice to make the pub ready for re opening. We attended and removed over 80 tyres, 8 fridges and 5 loads of waste including the pubs carpets . Our cleaning division attended the following day and completed a deep clean throughout including inside appliances, sparkle clean in lavatories as well as the windows.
